Frequently Asked Questions

How many fitters/builders will be working in my property?

Due to usual space restrictions, your project will be done by 1-2 fitters/builders, alongside visits from your project manager and any specialty trades needed.

How long will my project take?

Depending on the complexity of your project, we will advise on the most accurate possible time frame, and keep you in the loop as the project will develop. As a ballpark figure, an average bathroom takes anywhere between 10-15 work days.

How can I ensure my property will be well looked after?

Our fitters/builders have the upmost respect for your property and they will look after it as it would be their own. We will protect all the floors and high traffic areas with adequate floor protectors, alongside any large furniture items to try and minimise and dust and other building materials particles. After each work day, we will leave your property as clean as tidy as possible in order to create the smallest possible disruption for your day to day living and household.

Do I need to be present at the property while the project is ongoing?

Our team is used to working independently, and before the commencement of your project, all the details will be agreed upon according to the 3D project so as long as you're happy to open/close the door or provide us with a key we won't need the clients to be 100% present.

How can I dispose of the rubbish created from my project?

There are a few different ways we can dispose of rubbish:

1- Hiring a skip - Usual price for a skip starts from £250.00

2- Arranging for a Man&Van collection - When there's no space/possibility for a skip

3- The client will drop the waste at the nearest recycling center -This is an affordable option, and our team is happy to bag all the rubbish in black rubble sacks for easy transport.

Can I use the shower/toilet while my bathroom is being refurbished?

If your property consists of only 1 bathroom we will try our best to get the project completed in the quickest time frame possible however due to insurance purposes & health and safety you won't be able to use the toilet/shower until the project is completed. The old sanitary ware pieces will be removed on the first day of work and the new ones will be installed last towards the end of the project.

If alternative measures are needed, we are happy to arrange on your behalf for a full-size Portaloo to be installed in any outdoor area of your property, or a porta-potty to be installed in a room of your choice. Prices for those are TBC.

I have a cat/dog that will be home while the works are being carried.

If you have a pet, we would like to assure you that all members of our team are animal lovers and they will take the best care of them while being at your property ensuring no doors will be left open or tools left out that could injure or put your pets in danger in any way. The same goes for children!
